Max Thrusters

Using your Fran weight, complete as many consecutive thrusters as possible.  Once the bar leaves the ground, your set begins.  You may not rest the bar in any other position aside from the clean rack position.  Your set will terminate if the bar touches the ground, is rested on your back, or drops lower than the clean rack position (i.e., the hang position).

Post load and total amount of reps to comments.

Hello people! I have a question for the morning people or anyone else who may knowthe answer. I am about to dothis wod at my brothers gym and just want to make sure thati do this wod correctly. The only 'rest' position would be in the rack position and the hang position, correct? Anything else would be wrong, right? Also is there a dessert for wod? Thanks guys.......

Update on the kettlebell juggling - looks like it may not be so heavy after all. From my buddy Gant in Wichita Falls (who has done KB swings with a 140lb one!) :

"GS KBs are all the same size (volume), regardless of weight. I'd think it's between 8-12 kgs judging by how easy it's rotating. Regardless, it's cool work."
