Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy was killed Sunday February 4th 2008 during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.
Post bench press loading and total number of rounds (partial and complete) to comments.
Congrats to Coach Tyler for his performance in the 2010 SWEAT Indoor 2K. Tyler won his division, and also pr'd his 2K with an ASTOUNDING time of 6:37 (outside of our programming, the guy didn't do anything row specific until three weeks leading up to the meet...). Just goes to show the limitless possibilities we're given with the training we endure.
Make sure to eat a balanced protein/carb/fat meal 45-60 minutes post workout.

That commercial was great!
Congrats Big T.
235#(PR)
10 Rounds Rx'd (first doing real handstand pushups w/out plates)
Still gotta work on my damn handstand pushups.
Rollin' with the Rooster Crew this morning, just like the good ol' days.
Awesome T. Awesome.
Benchpress - sahweet. Gonna wear my zubaz pants today.
Question to ask yourselves throughout the day:
What Would Breesus Do?
Who Dat!!!
Nice Tyler! Amazing!
Love the medal, Tyler! Congrats!!!!
That was my favorite commercial, Bobby!
Niiiiice, Chase!
215 on bench.
195# (PR)
12 Rounds w. 53#/MUP/GHDHSPU
Bench: 275# (went for 295# but failed miserably)

Congrats Super T!!
Nice job, Sweet.

Think it can be applied here at CFDC!
Tyler, great job, what a stud!
245# on Bench
10 or so rounds scaled all over the place on Nate
Congratulations, Tyler!!
105# (PR)
The MU progression takes some getting used to. 8 and two/thirds rounds, 20# DBs, 53# KB
160# Bench
9 2/3 rds. with 2pood KB, HSPUs with 2 mats, and MU very scaled. Gotta get stronger!
205# Bench, ran out of time to push higher.
10 or 11 rounds - 70#, 1 abmat, and moved from MU to MU progression on round 3. I could really feel that extra 5 pounds I gained yesterday on the MU.
I know some of the hardcore crossfitters partake in endeavors such as intermittent fasting and sleep deprivation, but I have found something far more difficult. Intermittent sloth. Basically take 48 hours and stay off your feet except to go to the bathroom. Amazing how tough it was. Now I am allowed to walk around and go to work, but no exercise for a whole week. And, here you give us Nate, probably my favorite WOD of all time.
I am sad.
Travis, similar story here. I took Thursday-Sunday off to let my tendon heal ... it is amazing how bad it made me feel. I need this activity on a daily basis. I can't imagine 48 hours of absolutely no activity followed by an entire week of taking it easy. Good luck!
Awesome work Tyler!
160# press (PR)
12 rounds: scaled MUs, 2abmat HSPUs, 53# kb
Bench press: 125#
lost track of rounds, think it was 11 or 12, MU progression, 2 abmat HSPUs, 33#KB. This one was solid work, next to Chase doing his crown to ground HSPU...wow is all I can say, it was amazing! Travis, sorry to hear you are out for a week, hope you are better soon.
Travis hope you get better soon
Great job Tyler
Travis- get better:)

Only 25 posts today? Where is everyone.

Also, to echo Sam Z: Who dat! And laissez les bons temps rouler!
105 (10# PR)
Carin made 115 look like nothing!!!
Nate:
4 KB swings short of 13 rounds
MU progressions, HSPU with 2 abmats, 44# KB
So excited that this time around, I scaled way less. FTW
Michelle - you rocked that 1.5 pood!!!!! I love your intensity!!
Great work, night crew!
215# on bench (PR)

So disturbing.
205# bench
7 2/3 rounds, 2 abmats, 53#kb, banded pullups. Didn't have time to get the last round of handstand pushups but probably couldn't have gotten them anyway.
Thanks Ronnie and Chris for the coaching on the bench press. I feel ready to push that max way up on the next go-around, maybe not the day after a Super Bowl bender . . .
SWOD: 245
DWOD: 12 Rounds, overall felt good. Still workin on the HSPS's.
Robert -you were quite amazing...16 rounds. Awesome!
Swank - you worked me over pretty darn good sir. Nice work.
9 complete rounds
2 pood

5 rounds at unassisted HSPU
2 rounds at 1 abmat
2 rounds at 2 abmat
I am sore beyond words....
225#
Jumped to 245 and F - but I am not that far of.
115# felt good, 125# was insurmountable.
Right at 8 rounds of Nate, with 3:1 kipping pulls and blue-band dips, 20# DB strict press (should've maybe gone heavier?) and 35# KB. Limiting factor: pull-ups, only 1-2 at a time :( Still feeling sluggish.
265
7 complete rnds 2 abmats
245 x 1.
11 or 12 rounds. 5 with 1 abmat. the rest with no abmats.
so sore today but bring out the best in all of us for hero WODs.
first time to do handstand pushups rx'd. check.
2 pood felt like air.
BP - 245#, PR
Nate - 10.5 rds rx, PR (no mods and by 2 rounds)
205# lifetime PR on Bench
15 rounds from toes, two pads and 1.5pood.
Big for me is doing 20 minutes of work and every set of hspu (4 per set) started with two reps without dropping. So I started with 4 on each set, then 2 and 2, then 2+1+1
