We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.

Monday through Friday:

7:00 AM
8:30 AM (New Class)
12:00 PM
4:00 PM (New Class)
5:00 PM
6:00 PM
7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

4 Handstand push-ups
8 Ground to Overhead, 135 pounds
12 Burpees
Make sure to eat a balanced protein/carb/fat meal 45-60 minutes post workout.

Just talked to Angie She cleared customs in Miami without a hitch.

I am so relieved that after doing everything right and trusting in the system that things seem to be going according to plan.

Z - Great news buddy.

PSA: In true Rooster fashion the 6am went above and beyond the call of duty in doing full clean and jerks this morning, we can just call that Rx'd+. The actual workout from South Texas Sectinals only calls for ground to overhead. Brava, Roosters.

7am was sparse this morning! 8:38 with 115#. Chase changed up the WOD to match the one from sectionals. Instead of c&j it's ground to overhead.

Unbelievable work in there tonight...Carrie - Killed It. Collin - Love watching your progression, you are a force to reckon with.
