Just talked to Angie She cleared customs in Miami without a hitch.

PSA: In true Rooster fashion the 6am went above and beyond the call of duty in doing full clean and jerks this morning, we can just call that Rx'd+. The actual workout from South Texas Sectinals only calls for ground to overhead. Brava, Roosters.

Unbelievable work in there tonight...Carrie - Killed It. Collin - Love watching your progression, you are a force to reckon with. Clayton - great work today, keep working hard and it WILL get easier, I promise. Chase and Dean, awesome to watch you too push yourselves to competition limits on any old Weds at CFDC. But that is what makes this place what it is...our coaches leading by example and killing themselves in there. Proud to do work next to you guys.
