So, I finally decided to impart a paleo-dish of my own to my fellow Crossfitters. I have been struggling with the fact that I am unable to share some delicious, non-paleo recipes, but alas, I will stick with the program and only give you the "healthier" ones.

CFDC Kitchen Corner: Cashew Curry Chicken
I stumbled across this recipe at Newflower Market last week and wanted to share. Wish I could take credit for coming up with it, because it's absolutely delicious and filling. Tastes great reheated the next day too! Could also be called "Caveman Stew."
Ingredients:

- 1-2 tablespoon curry powder
- sea salt to taste
- 1/2 large red onion, chopped
- 1 medium clove garlic, chopped
- 1/3 cup water

CFDC Kitchen Corner: A No Cook Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 large and very ripe tomatoes
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 peeled cucumber
- ½-1 green pepper

Everyone has a favorite meatloaf recipe and it is usually their mothers. Unfortunately, dear old mom probably used/uses a lot of salt and a lot of BREADCRUMBS! The breadcrumbs are the killer, but necessary for binding the meat together.
