Fitness Elements is your entry portal to our group training. We take getting in shape, break it down to it's core, and focus on high intensity, high energy, circuit-style conditioning. Our methodology is based on high intensity, short durational bursts of exercise, which we have found to be the quickest and most effective way to meet your fitness goals. In addition, we take the time to teach the fundamentals of complex movements essential to CrossFit, essential to fitness, essential to LIFE. It is here in Fitness Elements where you will not only get in the best shape of your life, but begin to learn the skills required to train in our CrossFit group classes. This is ideal for beginners because we strive for high quality of coaching and training. But make it no mistake that even the most experienced of members find Fitness Elements extremely challenging!

We will be starting all of our new members in our Fitness Elements class. After 4 weeks of fundamentals training in Fitness Elements, you will have the option to test out and progress into CrossFit group training. Maybe after 4 weeks, your not ready yet or love Fitness Elements. No problem! Fitness Elements is a stand-alone program that's sure to get you in the best shape of your life and you can remain in it as long as you'd like. Beginning february 1st, we will expand Fitness Elements schedule to:

Monday: 630am, 930am, 4pm, 7pm
Tuesday: 630am, 930am, 4pm, 7pm
Wednesday: 630am, 930am
Thursday: 630am, 930am, 4pm, 7pm
Friday: 630am, 930am
Saturday: 930am
