Contact Us to schedule your first Fitness Elements group classes and its free to try! You will find that the group training is technical, demanding, and rewarding, and we ask that every new athlete be exposed to at least one workout prior to training with us. Fear not, the workout is scalable to all fitness levels, so feel free to bring friends and family. If you enjoyed the experience and would like to continue to train with us, feel free to sign up for Fitness Elements training and get ready to get in shape, learn the fundamentals of CrossFit, and be plugged in to a fitness community like no other!

Put It Into Practice

After 4 weeks of fundamentals training in Fitness Elements, you will have the option to test out and progress into Fitness Performance. At that point, we will have a private mobility screening and private training session to test a variety of movement proficiencies and also give you a solid one on one session to prepare you for the rigors of Advanced Group Training. The cost of the private screening is $100.

Maybe after 4 weeks, your not ready yet or love Fitness Elements. No problem! Fitness Elements is a stand-alone program that's sure to get you in the best shape of your life and you can remain in it as long as you'd like.

Private Coaching

If you are unable to attend Fitness Elements based on your schedule, no worries. We offer the Elements on a private one-on-one or small group setting.
