Spencer NixSpencer is a Crossfit Level II instructor, USA-Weightlifting Level 1 Club Coach, certified as a strength and conditioning coach through the NSCA, and a member of the CrossFit HQ Certification Staff. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University and currently is a masters candidate in neuroscience and cognition at UT Dallas. |

Sam NixSam is a Crossfit Level I instructor, Crossfit Nutrition instructor, Crossfit Olympic Lifting coach, Crossfit Basic Barbell coach, a Crossfit Run and Endurance coach, as well as USA-Weightlifting Level 1 Club Coach. Sam is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a double major in psychology and cultural anthropology. |

Dean XuDean is a USA-Weightlifting Level 1 Club Coach. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Music from Texas A&M University, where he also continued into a Master's of Science degree in Nutrition. Dean is a recent graduate from the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. In addition to CrossFit, Dean is into cooking and free-lance graphic design. |

Chase IngrahamChase is a Crossfit Level I Instructor, and an Ironman Triathlete. He has a double major from SMU in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics where he was the Captain of the Men's Swimming Team in 2006. Chase also has 10 years coaching experience with Swimming and Triathlon's. Chase believes that Crossfit prepares one for all aspects of life and its challenges we face everyday, that it gives you the tools and confidence to face those, and conquer them. |
Tyler NicholsonTyler is a Crossfit Level I instructor, a Crossfit Gymnastics instructor, and has also completed the Crossfit Science of Exercise certification. He holds a BBA in finance and information systems from Loyola University Chicago. In college, Tyler ran for Loyola's track team, specializing in the middle distances (800m, 1600m). Subsequent knee injuries led him to Crossfit after surgery and physical therapy failed. He believes wholeheartedly in the efficacy and healing potential of the functional movements prescribed in Crossfit. |
Spencer GuySpencer is the web development managing supervisor in charge. He enjoys killing men and bears with his bare hands, sky diving without a parachute, and long walks on the beach. In his spare time, he is working towards a Juris Doctorate at Southern Methodist University so he can finally sue that guy that punched him in the second grade. Statute of Limitations? With Crossfit, there are no limitations. |
