New Weekday Schedule

We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.

Monday through Friday:
6:00 AM
7:00 AM
8:30 AM (New Class)
12:00 PM
4:00 PM (New Class)
5:00 PM
6:00 PM
7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

About Me: You only get a few chances in life to do extraordinary things. I said that...once. And now, story about two wolves....One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, 'My son, the battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith. The grandson thought about it for a minute And then asked his grandfather: 'Which wolf wins?' The old Cherokee simply replied, 'The one you feed.'
Short Term Goals: continue to increase strength, flexibility and endurance...with focus on more strength, as I'd like to build up the weight I can handle on the olympic lifts.

New Short Term Goal: Do every WOD rx'd. My first step was doing Fight Gone Bad rx'd. I only hit a score of 191, but now I have a *true* measurement for future improvement.

Long Term Goals: 1. Do a muscle-up before my 1 year anniversary at crossfit.
2. Murff in under 50 minutes
3. Fran RX'd in a competitive time
4. Deadlift 2X bodyweight
