New Weekday Schedule

We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.

Monday through Friday:
6:00 AM
7:00 AM
8:30 AM (New Class)
12:00 PM
4:00 PM (New Class)
5:00 PM
6:00 PM
7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

About Me: Once upon a time I was a mid-distance runner for Loyola University Chicago. Although covering a half mile at a rather high rate of speed was an exorbitant amount of fun, the training led to some knee ailments. Several surgeries later I was left concerned not so much with hauling ass, but rather with getting around at all without pain. I was told at 18 I had the knees of a 40yr old and at 21 that i would have a tough time going up stairs by the age of 35. Strangely, it was not the PT prescribed by my doctor that finally reduced my pain levels and increased my mobility, it was the functional exercises he strictly forbade (squatting, dead lifting, box jumping, etc). Although my knee problems will never fully heal, I'm enjoying being active again; Something I owe 100% to CrossFit. I'm a wholehearted believer in the CrossFit system and it's ability to keep all of us active and healthy.
