New Weekday Schedule

We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.

Monday through Friday:
6:00 AM
7:00 AM
8:30 AM (New Class)
12:00 PM
4:00 PM (New Class)
5:00 PM
6:00 PM
7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

About Me: I love to spend time with family and friends. Golf, running and Crossfit would be my current hobbies. Most of my activities prior to Crossfit consisted of running and lifting occasionally. Running is and was such a huge part of my life. I ran the San Diego Marathon(Rock and Roll) and then ran the New York City marathon and posted a PR in 2006 (as well as other halfs). Running is something that became hard on my schedule with little childeren and my resistance training had really fallen off. That is something that I really despised was going to the gym and just trudging along. Crossfit has brought excitement back into my workout. The camraderie is something I really find special. Wow, Crossfit has changed me in many ways. I am pretty much fearless now. Starting the day off at 6am crushing myself is just an awesome feeling. I live everyday for my family and this gives me the strength to love them for a long time.
