We have added a couple of new classes to the daily schedule to better serve our athletes. The weekend schedule remains intact.

7:00 PM* (No 7pm on Friday)

30 unbroken wall-balls
30 unbroken double-unders

You may only count unbroken sets.  Anytime you fail to get the entire 30 reps in a row without breaking (even if it's to rep 29), you must start back to 0 on that movement, and work back up to 30.

Post back squat heavy 5 and total+fractioned rounds to comments.
